30 Day - Ab Challenge app good for

This is my second time doing this challenge. The first time I was not as serious. This second time I seem to have the motivation and see results with walking daily. Im only on day 8 but as each day increase it is not bad.
This app is easy to use and straight to the point. The ads do not pop up in the middle of your workout but right after you hit the "Save & Exit" button. It has a new challenge for you everyday with rest days in between. This helps you build the definition you are looking for from beginner to advanced. Once you finish 1 day you can skip along to the next day. I however am following the regimen and cant wait to see my results after the 1st 30 days! Great app!
Great app. So easy to use and I really feel the change. The new animation instead of images is a huge improvement.
Super challenging if you do it right! Several friends did this with me. Im already super fit, but this was that next level that I needed. Bring on the next challenge!
This is the best exercise ap going. You can do it any where - I am in hotels often. It does not hurt your knees. I lost 20 pounds during my 2nd month and have kept the weight off for over two years. My buddies and I restart after 2-7 days off and hVe been going for 2+years
I absolutely LOVE this app! Its amazing because its easy to use and helps you track down the days for everyday of the month. It gives you exercises that are very effective and really do help you improve. I do this EVERY month and I absolutely LOVE it! The only adjustment I would make is push notifications that the user can set to a specific time so we are reminded to use the app :) PERFECT otherwise

Some bad moments

Updated in the middle of the 30 day challenge and now it doesnt work anymore.
Very upset.. I was on day 25 and with the update my progress is gone. Not only that but I cant even start again, the app keeps crashing when I try to do day 1. PLEASE FIX
Had worked fine but it updated and now it crashes when I try to access the workout. Fix please!!
After I updated it doesnt work any more. It creates every time. Wtf.
Updated in the middle of the challenge but wasnt too worried if I lost my progress as I figured I could just find my spot. However, the app wont open at all!
