Abs are Fab

I cant believe how many I completed at the end, considering the first set was all I could manage. My back - became completely indestructible! After three years of recovery, I estimated I had another two years to go before my back is completely healed. However, after doing this 30 day challenge my back feels like its completely healed in fact its like a tank.
