GREAT... but not perfect

This app serves its purpose, which is to help people build muscle in their abdomen. I love that you can select different difficulties, and once youre done with one challenge you can start another one. However, the ads are a bit of a nuisance, but you are going to see ads on any app. I still highly recommend this app

Okay app

Works okay for what it needs to do. Just very annoying that I constantly have to reboot the app to check off my workouts.

Amazing. Takes 5 mins a day thats it!!

This app is amazing. I have been doing these kind of workouts since I was about 10. Im now 29. So Ive had nice abs my whole life. I used to get lazy & skip working out for months at a time, but now theres no excuse. This ab workout app takes a max of 5-10mins at most to do. & you see results in as little as a week. Everybody should use this app. So theres absolutely no excuse to not do these workouts. Highly recommend this app or similar. You wont regret it.

Very easy to use and love how it helps me keep track of my days and exercises. I havent seen any results yet, but I do feel good.

Great app!!! Exercises are easy, but VERY effective on your abs. 10 mins max and results within a week. Skeptical at first, but now a true believer.

Exceptional!

I love this App. Its free and it really works. I just finished my first round of beginners Ab exercise n I see results. It is not a joke. I love it that its free and i get to work out my own time n comfort of my home.

Great App!

No complaints at all. It only takes 5-10 minutes tops. It is challenging but not overwhelming.

I was kinda of skeptical at first but after a 2 weeks started to see results and literally only take about 10 mins of ur time... Cant wait for summer

As long as you put the effort the app is great!! You not getting a six pack just for downloading the app!! So go and do it!!!

Easy & Effective

Takes literally 10-15 minutes of your day. The exercises are challenging, but nothing crazy. The daily reminders are a good way to stay on track. I dont see drastic results yet but there definitely are changes in the way I sleep and my energy levels. Highly recommend! Ads arent annoying at all.

Very difficult

I am on day 7 and struggling. After day 3 I could not do 1 sit-up because I was so sore! I am not over-weight and am fit enough to run a few miles, but this is kicking my butt.

Great ab workout

This is a great free ab work out. Its not overloaded with pop-up ads and it does the job. Also, after you are done with one challenge you can start another. I like how it helps you keep track and sends reminders for accountability. I think It would be nice to have a option to have friends. Instead of sending progress pictures, have a way to communicate through the app. But for what its worth, its great.
